We are all licensed notary publics and offer notary public services during all open hours so you must be able to become a notary public as well.
Below is a brief description of duties and responsibilities associated with the position:
Reliable Transportation - 50% Travel to our Beaverton and Lake Oswego locations.
Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers, telephone inquiries and by email.
Complete all shipping and receiving activities.
Physically able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
Packaging.
Handling boxes and packing supplies.
Prepare and send out daily mail.
Operate cash register and handle cash by following established procedures.
Ability to work with copier, printer, scanner and fax machines.
Ability to work independently.
All other duties as assigned.
