Essential Functions Lead youth participants in various activities Implement and provide input on enrichment curriculum Establish good rapport with parents and children Keep accurate rosters and attendance records Effectively communicate with supervisor, peers, school staff, parents and participants Ensure a safe and clean environment for children Reliably attend various hours Monday - Friday Program will not run on non-school days Additional Functions Must have the physical and mental ability to teach a variety of athletic and enrichment programs and move equipment as necessary (approx.
25 lbs.
) Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act swiftly in the event of emergency situations Observation and oversight of group participant activities Enforce safety regulations and administer discipline according to YMCA and Scappoose School District standards when necessary Work well in fast-paced environments Establish harmonious relations with staff team, volunteers, participants/members, and local partners Ability to lead groups of participants in activities RequirementsMust pass YMCA background checkParticipate in all assigned, job related trainingsCPR/First Aid and Food Handlers certifications or ability to acquire within 30 days of employmentPrior work experience with youth and parents preferredBi-lingual in English and Spanish preferredReliable transportation to travel to sites across Service Region if requiredProof of COVID-19 Vaccination Recommended Skills Cpr Communication First Aid And Preparedness Leadership Medical Emergency Safety Principles Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
